About the position

The Manager, Digital Product at CVS Health is responsible for overseeing critical projects within Aetna Digital, ensuring the development of top-tier digital experiences for members. This role requires a blend of project management, communication, and collaboration skills to navigate complex organizational structures and deliver solutions that meet business needs and timelines. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a digital-first mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities and fostering cross-functional engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end projects
• Support communication with cross-functional teams to ensure engagement at the appropriate points of solutioning and delivery
• Be a digital product SME
• Maintain alignment with internal product & technology teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of key projects
• Leverage data and analytics to strategically inform discussions
• Proactively identify potential areas with highly complex or critical interdependencies and ensure the right system is in place to solve

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, product management and/or marketing in a digital environment
• 5+ years of experience with MS Office Suite Programs
• 5+ years of experience facilitating discussions with and presenting key ideas to Senior Leaders
• Ability to synthesize input from multiple sources and provide cohesive direction
• Comfortable understanding and applying data to define solutions
