About the position

The Manager of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging at Tiffany & Co. plays a crucial role in advancing the company's DEIB strategy, particularly within retail teams. This position focuses on developing and implementing strategies that enhance multicultural clienteling, improve communications, and strengthen Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). The role aims to ensure that the workforce reflects the diverse clientele and communities served by the brand, fostering an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued and empowered.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with retail excellence and retail learning teams to integrate DEIB principles into daily operations.
  • Provide training and resources to retail staff to enhance their ability to serve diverse clients effectively.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that promote an inclusive and equitable retail environment.
  • Design and execute strategies to engage and support a diverse client base, ensuring a personalized customer experience.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to build campaigns that resonate with multicultural audiences.
  • Supervise and analyze client feedback to improve multicultural clienteling efforts.
  • Lead the development and execution of internal and external DEIB communications.
  • Support the establishment and growth of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) globally.
  • Provide mentorship and training to ERG leaders to help them achieve their goals.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and events to promote engagement among ERGs.
  • Develop and supervise key performance indicators (KPIs) related to DEIB initiatives.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in DEIB efforts.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on DEIB goals and initiatives progress.
  • Strengthen inclusive-leadership capabilities of managers and executives.
  • Hold leaders accountable for progress on DEI goals and promote a culture of inclusivity.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on multicultural awareness and inclusive communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion roles, particularly in retail environments.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing DEI strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in managing and supporting Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Dedication to continuous learning in DEI best practices and trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
