As the Manager, Email Marketing at West Elm, you will play a pivotal role in developing, evaluating, and executing email marketing strategies designed to drive the business. Your efforts will be critical in ensuring optimal performance of our email marketing program, including identifying new opportunities for optimization and exploring new avenues to drive our business while ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy. This role requires you to align all email marketing initiatives with the broader West Elm brand marketing strategy to maximize impact. This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite presence in Brooklyn four times a week. In this position, you will oversee the strategy and execution of our email marketing program, which includes both Batch & Blast and Triggered emails. You will be tasked with optimizing performance, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy. This role includes full ownership of the channel strategy, calendar planning, briefing, creative review, reporting, and analytics. You will also manage the relationship and personalization program with our vendor, ensuring that all personalization efforts are effectively implemented. You will manage one direct report and will report directly to the Director of Site Merchandising.
