The position requires proactive monitoring of employment law changes at various levels and assessing their impact on CCC's policies. The manager will provide guidance on leave of absence processes and consult on sensitive employee issues, including visa administration for employees. Engaging with stakeholders, the manager will manage project plans addressing legal changes and respond to sensitive concerns through internal investigations. Additionally, the manager will coach and develop a small team, ensuring a consistent approach to employee management during reorganizations and compliance with policies and laws.
