• Expertise in CRM and email marketing, familiarity with industry KPIs, and experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Exceptional project management skills, adept at balancing shifting priorities.

• Experience with promotional platforms; experience with Talon.One is a plus.

• Act as the primary liaison for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Leverage customer insights and revenue forecasts to optimize communication strategies.
• Establish and report on key performance metrics for all channels.
• Define and implement a robust testing agenda focusing on segmentation and personalization.
• Lead messaging and positioning efforts with expert copywriting skills.
