About The Position
The Engineering Manager for Data & Analytics Engineering at Liberty Mutual Insurance will lead multiple Agile data engineering teams focused on delivering customer-centric data solutions for the USRM Claims business. This role emphasizes servant leadership, collaboration, and the implementation of modern data platforms and tools as part of the company's Data Evolution journey. The manager will work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to ensure data solutions drive business value and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
