About the position

The Manager of Enterprise Account Management is responsible for overseeing the sale of integrated communication services to enterprise customers, including multi-site regional businesses and national accounts. This role focuses on maximizing sales revenues and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The manager will lead and develop a team of sales professionals to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the sale of integrated communication services to enterprise customers.
  • Develop a consultative business-to-business sales culture through strong leadership and coaching.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of Enterprise Account Managers and implement necessary changes for effective customer account management.
  • Maintain knowledge of the company's products/services and pricing practices to effectively manage the team.
  • Ensure competence and continuity of qualified Enterprise Account Managers through selection, training, and development.
  • Develop and coordinate sales promotions and incentives to meet business goals.
  • Monitor employee performance and address personnel issues in accordance with company policy.
  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain records of sales and performance activities relative to business goals.
  • Design and manage the overall account team structure and coordinate efforts with internal teams.
  • Coach and motivate individual sales representatives to achieve and exceed objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or account management.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and forecast revenue.
