About the position

The Premium Sales & Marketing Manager will lead all sales and marketing efforts for the newly established Enterprise Center Platinum Seats Program. This role is crucial for developing and executing strategies that enhance awareness, generate leads, and ultimately drive sales to ensure the program's success.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the strategy to sell, deliver, and service all Enterprise Center Platinum Seat Members, including multi-year leases and event-by-event sales.
  • Meet or exceed established team and individual monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue goals tied to contracted revenue and event-by-event sales.
  • Develop sales and marketing plans to target audiences to increase awareness, acquire new prospects, engage existing database, and drive sales tied to premium seating through various channels.
  • Build, maintain and share email templates and automated marketing journeys tied to the sales and service of premium seating.
  • Provide high-end service for premium seating clients, including renewals, timely collection of payments, execution of license agreements, and special requests.
  • Maintain sales and activity reporting to track revenue tied to premium seating.
  • Ensure the team enters all pertinent prospect and customer information in the CRM platform for efficient reporting and historical data tracking.
  • Create campaigns that communicate the value of premium seating membership to current customers.
  • Develop marketing materials, sales collateral, and presentations for the sales team that effectively communicate the unique features, advantages, and benefits of purchasing premium seating.
  • Conduct sales meetings and skilled deal-closing via phone, virtual presentations, in-office and in-venue presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 5-7 years of relevant sales experience, with premium sales and service experience being a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Strong verbal and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments and with senior management.
  • Proactive with proven ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Strong critical thinking and conflict resolution skills, handling difficult situations effectively, objectively, and with empathy.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize to adapt to rapid change.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ticketing software, and database usage.
  • Working knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics.
  • Proficiency in CRM or related software.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
