Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a dedicated team of B2B digital marketing professionals.
  • Develop and execute high-impact digital media plans using paid digital channels.
  • Set strategy, manage budget, and interpret results to drive business objectives.
  • Research and incorporate the latest innovations in B2B advertising approaches.
  • Partner with the SEM team to create a comprehensive media plan.
  • Drive testing, reporting, optimization, and analysis on channel performance.
  • Deliver clear and consistent communication with collaborators regarding strategy and performance.

Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of ABM demand generation and digital marketing tactics.
  • Deep understanding of the full funnel of advertising channels.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple marketing programs.
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution models and collaboration with analytics teams.
  • Knowledge of testing and measurement practices for optimizing ROI.
  • Familiarity with media mix models and strategic shifts using MMX.
  • Extensive platform experience including paid social, display, CTV, PPC, and SEM.
  • Highly analytical approach to implementing and analyzing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead digital marketing strategy and internal teams.
  • 5-10 years' experience in digital marketing or demand generation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Media Planning roles at an agency or in-house.
  • Familiarity with dynamic ads and journey management strategies.
