About the position

The Manager, Enterprise RevOps at Sigma Computing is responsible for building and scaling a unified go-to-market (GTM) engine across Sales and Customer Success teams globally. This role serves as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the Enterprise leadership teams in the Americas and EMEA, focusing on sales process improvement, analytics, and performance enhancement.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
  • Work closely with sales management to inspect the sales cycle and understand process bottlenecks.
  • Maintain and improve analytics and reporting frameworks to track key sales metrics and trends.
  • Develop and refine team-specific dashboards for enhanced visibility into pipeline performance and sales trends.
  • Enable sales leaders to act on data by providing actionable insights into pipeline generation and revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with Sales Leaders and field reps to understand challenges and lead performance improvement initiatives.
  • Effectively communicate with senior leadership, providing updates on sales operations metrics and strategic insights.
  • Coordinate with revenue operations teammates on systems and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Sales or Revenue Operations.
  • Experience leading Sales Operations in Software-as-a-Service, BI/Analytics, or Cloud Computing industries.
  • Deep knowledge of sales and marketing funnels.
  • Strong desire to use data to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Crisp written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of GTM processes and implementation of Salesforce.com.
  • Highly collaborative style with strong influence skills.
