About the position

The Sales Strategy & Operations Manager will play a crucial role in supporting DoorDash for Business by driving performance improvements across the sales organization. This position focuses on enhancing sales productivity, developing go-to-market strategies, and leveraging sales tools to optimize operations. The role requires a data-driven approach to decision-making and collaboration with various teams to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Devise and execute initiatives against the overall sales organization strategy for merchant acquisition.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to run sales tests and lead market intelligence efforts.
  • Build the best merchant acquisition engine to enhance customer selection.
  • Create models to evaluate the economics and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives.
  • Manage cross-functional projects to improve the merchant experience and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in strategy and operations, business development, sales/revenue operations, or consulting; high-growth B2B startup or sales ops experience preferred.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with SQL experience preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias towards action and ownership mentality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
