About the position
The Manager of ERP Systems Integrations is responsible for overseeing all integrations between the ERP system and proprietary legacy business applications. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure effective planning, development, and implementation of integration solutions, while managing project timelines and priorities based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage all integrations between ERP system and proprietary legacy business applications.
- Collaborate with the VP of ERP Integrations and business stakeholders to plan and implement integration system solutions.
- Manage on-site resources and captive resources in India to develop scalable high-performing teams.
- Execute IT projects aligned with business priorities.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and communication documents such as release notes.
- Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Develop and deliver requirements documentation and presentations with Business analysts.
- Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Manage data integration and support between multiple systems for Oracle Cloud and a proprietary backend .net system.
- Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members and contractors.
- Monitor key organization requirements and direct corrective actions for system performance.
- Identify and resolve issues, escalations, and conflicts within the project team.
- Facilitate systems integration testing and user acceptance testing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing ERP systems integrations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to define project scope and deliverables.
- Experience in collaborating with senior management and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage teams across different geographical locations.
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with data integration and support for ERP systems.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Oracle Cloud and .net systems integration.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of environmental, energy, and industrial services.
