About the position

The Manager, Facility is responsible for supporting the Facility Manager in the daily implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a well-managed and maintained building. The role emphasizes positive tenant response, environmental health and safety, and quality programs, aligning with the client's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Facility Manager in the operational management of the property to maintain quality standards.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of fire, life safety, and other safety programs.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of maintenance programs for property conditions and appearance.
  • Support compliance with service agreement standards.
  • Participate in vendor selection and negotiate service agreements.
  • Oversee vendor performance to ensure compliance with service agreements.
  • Plan and organize internal and building-to-building moves with staff.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to complete work order requests.
  • Assist in financial management and maintenance of financial records.
  • Prepare budgets, financial reviews, and monthly management reports.
  • Respond positively and promptly to tenant requests and maintain communication with the Owner Representative.
  • Perform regular workspace sweeps to identify repair or upgrade needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of real estate/facility coordination or management experience.
  • Ability to work well with diverse individuals inside and outside the company.
  • Capability to handle multiple complex tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong computer, writing, and communication skills.
  • Proven analytical abilities.
