About the position

The Manager of Field Engineering Services will lead a branch office of a growing national engineering service company located in a south-west suburb of Detroit. This role focuses on building the branch, managing field service operations, and driving growth within the region. The position offers significant earning potential and the opportunity to develop into a regional leadership role, reporting directly to a VP.

Responsibilities

• Manage the field service organization effectively.
• Own and analyze the Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.
• Develop and implement creative growth strategies for the branch.
• Lead and mentor a team to achieve operational goals.
