About the position

The Field Marketing & Sales Manager at All Points Broadband is responsible for leading a team of B2C Field Sales and Marketing Specialists to drive local sales initiatives and enhance brand awareness in residential fiber markets. This role involves developing and executing local marketing strategies, collaborating with the corporate marketing team, and managing community engagement efforts to increase market share and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Residential Field Sales and Marketing Representatives.
• Develop and implement quarterly local field sales and marketing strategies tailored to individual markets.
• Work closely with the Corporate Marketing Manager to localize national marketing strategies.
• Identify and manage local sponsorship opportunities to foster community relationships.
• Oversee field sales activities to build a robust sales pipeline through various efforts.
• Analyze local sales performance and market insights to adjust strategies for continuous growth.
• Serve as the liaison between the field sales and marketing team and other internal departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Minimum 7 years' experience leading a sales team and implementing sales strategies.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a sales team with a track record of driving performance.
• Expertise in blending local sales efforts with broader marketing strategies.
• Ability to foster relationships with local communities and internal stakeholders.
• Strong ability to use data and market insights for informed decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
