About the position

The Manager Field Sales Distribution and Analytics at Lamb Weston is responsible for implementing strategies and initiatives for key customer distribution centers. This role focuses on building strong relationships, providing regional and local support for corporate distribution initiatives, and blending traditional selling techniques with data insights and analytics. The successful candidate will work closely with supply chain teams to address execution issues and drive sales through enhanced restaurant execution.

Responsibilities

  • Build productive relationships and regularly meet with multiple levels of leadership at each of the customer's distribution centers.
  • Support both the LW and Customer Supply Chain teams by anticipating and addressing supply chain execution issues before they become a problem.
  • Drive sales through enhanced restaurant execution by executing Gold Standard Quality programs at local levels.
  • Develop joint scorecards with internal and external key business partners to measure plan success.
  • Plan short- and long-term customer assessments of account activities and opportunities aligned with Lamb Weston's strategic direction.
  • Manage a record and documentation of customer and sales activity in the Sales System assigned by the Business Unit.
  • Develop, manage, analyze and leverage internal and external scorecard metrics.
  • Perform data entry and maintenance for Global BU across different systems (Salesforce, AMABIS, DOMO, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development and Sales leadership to develop customer engagement and presentations by leveraging key insights and analytics.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer/marketplace insights to anticipate opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or similar field preferred.
  • 3-5 years Field Sales Experience recommended; prior Foodservice experience is a plus.
