About the position

The Manager, Finance at PayPal will serve as a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) partner to the General and Administrative (G&A) leadership, which includes Finance, People, Real Estate, Legal, Strategy, and Partnerships. This role involves building annual financial plans, conducting quarterly forecasts, and performing monthly analyses to understand variances and their implications on future performance. The position also requires creating presentations for senior leaders and leading a team of analysts to streamline processes and establish reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Build annual financial plan and quarterly forecasts for G&A headcount and Operating Expenses.
• Perform monthly analysis of results vs. plan/forecast and understand key drivers of variance.
• Create presentations for senior leaders and CEO staff to support decision-making processes.
• Streamline processes and set global OPEX and headcount tracking and reporting standards.
• Lead and build a team of 2-3 analysts.
