About the position

The Manager, Finance 3 role at PayPal involves serving as a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) partner to General and Administrative (G&A) leadership, focusing on finance, people, real estate, legal, strategy, and partnerships. The position is responsible for building annual financial plans, conducting monthly analyses of results, creating presentations for senior leaders, and leading a team of analysts. This role is crucial for aligning financial strategies with company goals and ensuring effective financial management within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build annual financial plan and quarterly forecasts for G&A headcount and Operating Expenses.
• Perform monthly analysis of results vs. plan/forecast and understand key drivers of variance.
• Create presentations for senior leaders and CEO staff to support decision-making processes.
• Streamline processes and set global OPEX and headcount tracking and reporting standards.
• Lead and build a team of 2-3 analysts.
