About The Position
Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with 283 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time. The Finance Data Science and Engineering team partners closely with Accounting, FP&A, Strategy, Treasury, Tax, and the other teams in our CFO organization. We also work closely with our Engineering and Product Management teams to influence and manage data and products for our business partners. We're on a multi-year journey to improve our financial systems, data management, build data science capabilities, and drive optimizations in our 'business of the business.' As a leader in this domain, you'll work closely with partner teams to think big picture about our business goals and how we achieve them through the application of data and science. Your team will apply strong analytical rigor to evaluate ideas, dissect problems, build solutions, and provide recommendations and drive success.
