Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial reports that summarize and forecast the financial position of the Plan.
• Conduct financial analysis to assist in developing strategies and implementing long-term goals.
• Lead complex financial projects and manage financial staff effectively.
• Oversee recruitment, performance management, and training of finance team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• Five years of experience in progressively responsible complex finance or accounting roles.
• At least two years of experience leading complex financial projects and managing financial staff.
• Five years of experience in a supervisory role for a staff of five or more members.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Financial auditing experience.
• Two years of experience and knowledge of HMO or PPO accounting/finance, reinsurance, regulatory compliance, claims processing, membership/eligibility, and actuarial precepts.
