Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analysis and modeling to support strategic financial planning.
• Recommend future expense targets and analyze business performance in partnership with cross-functional areas.
• Communicate with functional areas to understand significant financial variations and document results for presentation.
• Manage complex control structures to mitigate the risk of financial misstatement.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to develop new processes and ensure proper controls are in place.
• Produce financial models that incorporate assumptions, expectations, and known risks for business decisions.
• Prepare presentations and supporting materials for recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify gaps between business goals and corporate objectives and provide feedback on financial project risks.
• Support the business unit budget process and provide insights on historical trends and expected future events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related experience, or 4 years of relevant experience.
