About the position

The position is responsible for supporting the Director of Marketing Finance at Paramount Global, focusing on preparing and analyzing budgets and financial flows for the Domestic marketing finance team. This role involves managing budgets for films, awards, and conventions, as well as overseeing financial responsibilities for the in-house agency and acting as a liaison with IT for system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Handle budgeting for all films for Basics and Media.
• Prepare and manage the budgets on a weekly, quarterly & annual basis.
• Handle budget for awards and conventions, including cost reports and budget template updates.
• Manage month/quarterly accruals and various allocations across the department.
• Oversee all financial responsibilities for the in-house agency, including quarterly/annual updates.
• Compile billing estimates in partnership with the in-house agency supervisor and provide updates during reporting periods.
• Act as a systems expert for the department, managing system improvements and implementations with IT.
• Oversee user training and troubleshoot system issues.
• Serve as the main point of contact for sourcing initiatives, gathering data and analyzing cost and saving strategies.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis as requested by senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6 to 7 years or more of Finance/Accounting experience
• SAP experience

• Entertainment experience preferred
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
• Good analytical skills and detail-oriented
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
