About the position

The Finance Manager at Mohawk Industries will oversee and direct finance and accounting activities for corporate functions and business units. This role involves managing SG&A, reporting, analysis, and business reporting while acting as a business partner to enhance financial processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of strategic and operational SG&A plans that drive long-range financial and business plans.
• Work collaboratively with Business Units, IS, and heads of departments to create and implement processes and tools for financial and strategic planning, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts.
• Act as a guardian of the 'One Source of Truth' ensuring centralized reports are accurate and compliant with USGAAP and internal reporting systems.
• Develop expense management processes and systems using ZBB methodology to improve budgeting accuracy and transparency.
• Ensure systems are consistent and integrated with business practices, identifying key issues and providing solutions for improvement.
• Migrate reports from Excel to automated BI tools.
• Partner with different business areas to improve the quality of financial information and influence decisions to enhance shareholder value.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Master's degree in Accounting or Business Administration (preferred).
• Proficiency in SAP and BI tools (preferred).
• Experience with ZBB and cost center planning (preferred).
• 7+ years of progressively responsible financial planning, analysis, and accounting experience.
• 2+ years of finance/accounting leadership experience.
• Strong computer literacy in BI reporting, especially SAP SAC and PowerBI, and Microsoft Excel.

• Master's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
