About the position

The Manager of Financial Analysis at GlobalHealth Holdings LLC is responsible for preparing financial reporting and analysis to support accurate financial statement reporting and strategic decision-making. This role involves providing data and analytical support for the Revenue Risk Management and Finance departments, maintaining provider value-based agreements performance tracking, and supporting regulatory reporting. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively to leadership and business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial reporting and analysis for accurate financial statement reporting and strategic analysis.
  • Provide data and analytical support for the Revenue Risk Management and Finance departments.
  • Create and maintain provider value-based agreements performance tracking.
  • Organize and evaluate quantitative data to identify and explain trends, problems, and root causes.
  • Communicate monthly detailed reporting and variance analysis to leadership and business partners.
  • Support Medicare Bid development and work cross-functionally to create visibility into financial performance.
  • Support regulatory reporting by providing required data pulls.
  • Prepare ad-hoc management financial reports as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or MIS related field preferred.
  • 3 years of experience with analytic reporting required.
  • 2 years of experience and working knowledge of SAS Studio and/or SQL required.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or insurance setting preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Medicare preferred.
