About the position

We are seeking a Finance and Accounting Consulting Manager with a Big 4 background to lead high-impact consulting projects for a Fortune 30 client in Houston. This hands-on leadership role involves driving consulting projects across Controllership, Treasury, and FP&A, with a focus on change management and process improvement. Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact consulting projects for a Fortune 30 client.
• Drive consulting projects across Controllership, Treasury, and FP&A.
• Prepare and audit financial statements with a commitment to excellence.
• Navigate complex change management scenarios and drive continuous process improvements.
• Build and enhance relationships with clients, management, and peers.
• Communicate complex information into actionable insights for clients.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience at a Big 4 firm, with experience as a Manager.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Controllership, Change Management, and Process Improvement.
• Proficiency in U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial systems and data management tools.

Nice-to-haves
