About the position

The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at PayPal will support the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the Global Markets sales and servicing organization. This role involves preparing reports, analyzing financial data, and collaborating with various departments to provide insights to the senior leadership team that drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes of the Global Markets sales and servicing organization.
• Prepare reports and analyze financial data to provide insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand business strategic priorities and operational expense needs.
• Assist in process improvements using reporting and planning tools.
• Conduct monthly reporting and variance analysis (Actual Vs. Forecast Vs. Budget).
• Book accrual and cross charge journal entries accurately and on time.
• Monitor expenses and provide analysis/recommendations for business partners and Finance team.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and GAAP regulations.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed to support business needs.

Requirements

• 5 - 8 years of relevant finance planning and analysis experience.
• Strong experience in navigating through complex financial models.
• Ability to synthesize complicated ideas and communicate them clearly.
• Versatility in navigating a complex corporate environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
• Collaborative mindset and high dependability.
