About the position

The position is part of the Foodservice & On-Premise (FSOP) Customer Finance - Customer Agreement Team (CAT) at Coca-Cola, focusing on providing deal support, including modeling, strategy, and negotiation for customers across North America. The role involves commercial finance support for innovation, pricing, and customer teams, aiming to drive growth and improve profitability through financial insights and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Support deals negotiation & analysis, commercial analytics, pricing strategy, and ad hoc requests.
  • Provide financial support to drive business results aligned to long-term growth strategy.
  • Develop solutions for complex business needs and make recommendations to client and operating unit leadership.
  • Engage with senior leaders and lead teams to drive cross-functional alignment across multiple stakeholders.
  • Support innovation, planning, and performance management as needed.

Requirements

  • University Degree (Bachelor) or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of prior relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex financial information to various audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead financial evaluation and partner with business teams for new deals or renewals.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in driving engagement with senior leaders.
  • Ability to structure commercials for all new deals or renewals.
