About the position

The Facility Manager for the Stretch and Massage Facility is responsible for overseeing operations, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and managing a team of wellness professionals. This role combines leadership, customer service, and operational management within a health-focused environment, offering both part-time and full-time opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Mindbody software for scheduling, client notes, billing, and marketing tools.
• Ensure massage therapists adhere to protocols for client interactions.
• Track and report key performance metrics weekly.
• Support front desk operations and coach staff on client communication.
• Oversee social media presence in collaboration with the social media team.
• Develop and achieve goals for public relations and community events.

Requirements

• Experience in managing wellness or fitness centers preferred.
• Familiarity with scheduling software, especially Mindbody.
• Strong communication, networking, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and be detail-oriented.
