About the position

The Manager Fraud Analytics at TD Bank is responsible for overseeing fraud prevention strategies and minimizing fraud losses across various products and business channels. This role involves leading the development of fraud strategies, monitoring fraud trends, and reporting on overall fraud performance. The position requires strong analytical skills, management capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee products and business channels to minimize fraud losses and identify fraud patterns.
• Lead the development of fraud strategies to mitigate losses while balancing customer and operational impacts.
• Report on overall fraud losses and trends, monitoring rule strategy performance using SAS/SQL/Data Manipulation.
• Manage fraud loss forecasting exercises and develop insights to deliver fraud loss plans.
• Participate in operational forecasting and capacity planning for fraud cases.
• Manage strategy design and configuration in fraud prevention platforms.
• Identify and address key reporting needs to manage fraud losses and refresh reports as necessary.
• Support project intent and ongoing partner projects, providing risk identification and cost estimates.
• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships for various fraud vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline (e.g., Math, Statistics, Business) is required.
• Master's Degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in fraud analytics or related fields.
• Experience with SQL/SAS/Data manipulation tools is required.
• Solid understanding of TD Products and Channels is preferred.
• People management experience is an asset.
