About the position

LE LYS DRY CLEANERS is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager for the Front Desk and Customer Service department. This position is crucial for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service in our dry cleaning and laundry services. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, which will enhance communication with our diverse clientele. The role involves managing customer interactions, taking orders, and overseeing the retrieval of clothes from our conveyor system. Attention to detail is paramount, as you will be responsible for tagging, quality control checks, and assembling orders for customers. We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to integrate into our small team and contribute positively to our work environment. As a Manager, you will also be responsible for opening and closing the store, ensuring that supplies are stocked, and maintaining a clean and organized front store area. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with a typical work schedule from Monday to Friday during the day shift. The pay range for this position is competitive, starting at $13.00 to $15.00 per hour, depending on experience. We value excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude, as these are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone for pick-up and delivery orders or alteration services.
• Be responsible for opening and closing the store.
• Stock supplies and clean the front store area.
• Take orders from customers and retrieve clothes from the conveyor system.
• Tag and control check the quality of items.
• Assemble orders for customers.

Requirements

• Experience in front desk and customer service roles, preferably in dry cleaning or laundry services.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
