About the position

As a Store Manager at EVEREVE, you will oversee all aspects of retail store operations, ensuring that the EVEREVE Styling Experience is delivered consistently to every customer. You will lead a team that embodies the company's core values of HEART (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity) and drive operational excellence while achieving financial targets.

Responsibilities

  • Act and lead through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
  • Recruit and build a team of great talent that work within our culture of HEART.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor and hold the team to high standards of fashion and trend awareness.
  • Coach, teach, and develop employees to foster success in their roles.
  • Build a bench of promotable talent for succession planning in the store and across the company.
  • Lead operational excellence through daily store operations, managing inventory, and upholding merchandising standards.
  • Drive results by leading the team to meet monthly financial targets, including a sales expectation of $15,000 per month.

  • Fashion credible, knowledgeable about current trends and contemporary fashion brands.
  • Possess a growth mindset to persevere through challenges and seek solutions.
  • Exhibit a 'shopkeeper' mentality, taking personal ownership of the store and team.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to cast a clear vision.

  • Previous retail or leadership experience preferred but not required.
