About the position

You're an original. So are we. We're a company of people who like to forge our own path. We invented the blue jean in 1873, and we reinvented khaki pants in 1986. We pioneered labor and environmental guidelines in manufacturing. And we work to build sustainability into everything we do. Our brands stand for freedom and self-expression around the world. Where we lead, others follow. For more than 160 years, we've used the strength of our brands to lead with our values and make an outsized impact on the world. We employ more than 15,000 people globally to support our great brands: Levi's®, Dockers®, Denizen®, Signature by Levi Strauss & Co.™ and Beyond Yoga. In this role, you will report to our Senior Manager of Graphic Design and support the production, layout, and versioning of graphic design needs across the Global Brand Experience department, including toolkits release. You will help with the adaptation and extension of existing design structures and brand standards, managing the output of final print-ready mechanical files for production. Your responsibilities will also include versioning existing creative to reduce the need for local design adaptation and partnering with Global Creative Services retail leads on brand creative direction and brand standards. You will maintain compliance with corporate brand guidelines and participate in high-level creative meetings regarding priorities and status, ensuring that follow-up actions are met and communicated back. Additionally, you will maintain an organized archive of art files for the broader BX team and in partnership with GBC using AEM software. You will support the system for imagery license in-store to guide accountability for in-store asset usage and support seasonal GTM milestones where relevant for GBX integration, such as Global Line Launch. This role will require you to take an active part in end-to-end seasonal development supporting GBX needs from brief through to GPS delivery and execution on the floor, while managing relationships with main vendors.
