About the position

The HR Knowledge Management Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to capture, organize, and disseminate HR-related knowledge within the organization using the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and excellent communication skills, with a focus on promoting efficient information sharing. The manager will collaborate with global stakeholders to maintain consistency and align the content strategy with the company's vision, directly impacting employees' and managers' daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR knowledge management strategy using the ServiceNow platform.
  • Create a governance strategy for auditing and maintaining high-quality content.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and curate HR-related content.
  • Implement processes for capturing tacit knowledge from HR experts.
  • Design and manage a centralized repository within ServiceNow for HR knowledge.
  • Enhance the ServiceNow knowledge base's search and retrieval capabilities.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards for HR content within ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to identify knowledge gaps and address content needs.
  • Develop training programs to promote effective use of the ServiceNow knowledge base.
  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns and feedback related to the knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Science, or a related field.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in HR knowledge management or a related role.
  • Expertise in using the ServiceNow platform for knowledge management.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Innovative thinker willing to explore new approaches to knowledge management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • IHRIM or SHRM certification desired.
  • Web Content Management system experience desired.
  • Previous technical writing experience is a plus.
