About the position

The Manager, Global Marketing Operations will lead the development and implementation of workflow processes within the Global Marketing Excellence (GME) organization at Insulet. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness in marketing services, supporting project prioritization, and ensuring seamless collaboration across various teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a background in creative services, and the ability to manage multiple projects while driving initiatives forward in an autonomous work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the marketing services processes within the GME function, ensuring they are effectively documented, managed, and continuously improved.
  • Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of new systems and tools that support GME initiatives.
  • Analyze existing creative intake and project processes, identify areas for improvement, and design streamlined workflows.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, customer service, and IT teams to ensure alignment on processes and systems.
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops to educate on new processes and systems.
  • Define baseline and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of process changes and system enhancements.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage change initiatives effectively, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and smooth transitions to new processes and systems.
  • Help the GME and finance systems work seamlessly together and manage continuous streams of SOWs.
  • Responsible for making sure projects flow smoothly through the process and prioritizing projects appropriately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in process improvement, project management, or systems implementation, preferably within a brand or marketing environment.
  • Understanding and respect for Lean Six Sigma Practices and methodologies; Lean Practitioner a plus.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex processes and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Experience with systems like Monday.com, Smartsheet, etc.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Knowledge of international marketing practices.
