About the position

Lionsgate is seeking a Manager for their Global Paid Media & Analytics department. This role involves developing and executing strategic media campaigns for various entertainment releases, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and managing media schedules and budgets. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute strategic integrated media campaigns for theatrical, home entertainment & premium video on demand releases.
• Assist in the development of media strategies and plans using competitive analysis and historical data.
• Review, analyze and provide notes on detailed media schedules across various platforms.
• Assist in developing and executing on-air and radio integrations/sponsorships with Radio partners.
• Manage overall trafficking across all media platforms including TV, Digital, and Social.
• Collaborate with internal theatrical marketing teams to align media strategies with larger marketing campaigns.
• Lead reporting feedback to optimize social & digital campaigns during media flights with oversight from the Director.
• Manage and grow the Media Coordinator role.
• Work with external media agencies and partners to execute media campaigns effectively.
• Oversee the invoicing process and track budgets.

Requirements

• BA/BS required.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience working at a media agency or relevant industry experience, preferably in the entertainment industry.
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Ability to perform media math calculations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work well under pressure.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, specifically in creating detailed spreadsheets using Excel.
• Experience managing a person or small team preferred.
