About the position

As the Manager of Global Social Media at Fresh, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the brand's leadership in the social media space. This position involves collaborating with international market teams, creating innovative content, and managing community interactions to support brand, marketing, and sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Fresh's leadership in the social media space.
  • Support social media strategy to achieve brand, marketing, and sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with international market teams on social media calendars, activations, and influencer partnerships.
  • Create innovative, informative, and entertaining content for brand, product, and lifestyle campaigns.
  • Lead community management and interact directly with the global audience.
  • Define social media KPIs and manage dynamic reporting to measure campaign impact.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, communications, media, or related digital media field.
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to adopt and evolve editorial tone of voice.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate content effectiveness.
  • Creative judgment to recognize engaging, on-brand content.
  • Proficiency in digital media and social media metrics and monitoring tools.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
