As the Manager of Global Social Media at Beyond Yoga, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the social media strategies that align with Levi's strategic marketing plan and key goals. This position requires a deep understanding of social media platforms and tools, as well as the ability to drive innovation and creativity rooted in guest insights. You will be responsible for developing global social media strategies that not only support the brand's objectives but also enhance its presence across various channels. Your expertise will be crucial in building relationships with key social media platforms and partners, ensuring that you stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in creative execution. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Global Social Media agency, providing clear briefs and managing bespoke social content development workstreams. You will oversee social budgets and timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Additionally, you will provide guidance and best practices for influencer collaborations, leveraging social listening and analytics tools to glean insights from social media output. Your ability to translate these insights into actionable recommendations will be key to driving the brand's social media success. As a mentor to junior team members, you will foster a collaborative environment, uniting the team around shared goals and objectives. Your high aesthetic standards and creative judgment will be essential in storytelling on social media, ensuring that the brand's voice and message resonate with its audience. This position reports to the Director of Global Social Media and requires you to work onsite at the San Francisco Headquarters three times per week.
