About the position

The Manager, Customer Insights at Johnson & Johnson Med Tech, Electrophysiology is responsible for leading the voice of customer (VOC) initiatives within the Global Strategic Marketing team. This role involves developing learning plans, synthesizing customer insights, and disseminating findings to inform strategic decisions. The position requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to analyze customer feedback to enhance the company's market position in electrophysiology.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of comprehensive learning plans in collaboration with Global Strategic Marketing and R&D.
  • Shape VOC events to produce relevant insights and manage the dissemination of learnings from these events.
  • Coordinate content and agenda for VOC events, assist in moderating discussions, and document customer insights.
  • Analyze and synthesize customer feedback post-events to inform the learning plan and company strategy.
  • Build and share customer insight reports across the organization.
  • Form relationships with electrophysiology Key Opinion Leaders and collaborate across functions and regions to activate insights.
  • Participate in annual strategy events to ensure customer voice informs strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required; MBA and/or advanced professional certifications are preferred.
  • 4 years of relevant professional experience required, 6 years preferred, in customer engagement, insights, marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for relationship-building and customer understanding.
  • High level of intellectual curiosity and ability to develop actionable insights from customer conversations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Experience with MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience in Medical Device or Electrophysiology is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the healthcare, medical device, or cardiovascular disease area is preferred.
  • Experience in cardiac ablation, electrophysiology, or interventional cardiology is preferred.
  • A consistent record of influencing across a large organization through strong collaboration skills.
