The Manager, Global Supply Chain Data Analytics & Reporting at Hollister Incorporated plays a pivotal role in providing strategic and tactical leadership to the Global Supply Chain Data, Analytics & Reporting function. Reporting directly to the VP of Global Supply Chain, this position is responsible for overseeing a development team that focuses on data mining, acquisition, harmonization, and curation. The manager will ensure that internal Global Supply Chain business partners have better access to and understanding of business-critical data, which is essential for making timely and effective business decisions. This role is crucial in connecting Global Supply Chain strategies with the necessary business processes and tools, shaping the future of data visualization and reporting within the organization. The position requires a deep understanding of relational databases and SQL scripting, as well as experience in leading teams that specialize in data visualization and reporting. The manager will guide the team in building effective user interfaces and oversee the design and development of interactive data visualizations using tools such as Power BI. Additionally, the role involves leveraging Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting processes. The manager will also be responsible for establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of reporting initiatives and continuously optimize performance. In this hybrid work environment, the manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, analysts, and data scientists, to understand their information needs and promote a data-driven culture within the organization.
