About the position

The Global Workforce Management Manager will lead workforce management initiatives for both domestic and international retail stores. This role involves implementing and overseeing daily operations, optimizing scheduling systems, and ensuring compliance with market needs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset to drive efficiencies in staffing and labor management across global locations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain global scheduling systems, including Legion, ensuring optimal configurations across all locations.
  • Collaborate with vendors to evaluate, implement, and maintain workforce management tools and technologies.
  • Lead the integration and configuration of new international technology environments within the scheduling system.
  • Analyze labor and schedule forecasts to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Provide leadership with actionable insights to drive efficiencies in staffing and scheduling.
  • Support retail and operational teams by resolving scheduling issues and providing guidance.
  • Develop and maintain staffing census guidance for consistent staffing levels.
  • Implement system configuration changes in response to operational needs and upgrades.
  • Manage user roles and permissions across regions within the system.
  • Build and oversee a team of analysts focused on labor model optimization and scheduling administration.
  • Drive continuous improvement in workforce management tools and processes globally.
  • Collaborate with business partners to align workforce management strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Extensive experience in global workforce management with a proven ability to connect finance, operations, and people.
  • Strong analytical abilities with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading teams across multiple countries.
  • Ability to travel internationally and domestically to retail locations as needed.

Nice-to-haves

  • 5+ years of experience in a global workforce management role within Retail or Hospitality sectors.
