About the position

The Manager of GPS & GxP Learning Operations at Bristol-Myers Squibb is responsible for overseeing the data entry and management of the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure compliance with training requirements for employees and contract staff. This role plays a critical part in maintaining data integrity and supporting the learning ecosystem within the organization, ensuring that all personnel are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills for their roles. The position requires collaboration across various departments and effective communication to enhance the learning experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage data entry for day-to-day activities and overarching projects into the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met for employees and contract staff regarding knowledge, skills, and practices necessary for job performance.
  • Audit compliance training and monitor data integrity within the LMS.
  • Coordinate and train other LMS Administrators/trainers and assist in end-user training of the LMS application.
  • Work closely with end users and learning content developers to test, publish, and manage training content.
  • Participate in quality assurance and data integrity processes to ensure accuracy of information in the LMS.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Support policy and procedural changes to improve LMS processes and report on effectiveness of changes.
  • Collaborate and communicate across disciplines and departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in education, science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a training/learning organization/function.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with an LMS, preferably SuccessFactors.
  • Experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical/GxP industry or a highly regulated environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of GxPs and the ability to work within a regulated environment.
  • Effective verbal communication, documentation, and technical writing skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
