About the position

The Manager, Growth Marketing & Partnerships will lead initiatives for the Gift Card & Flyers team, focusing on growth campaign planning and execution for HelloFresh and Factor. This role involves managing partnerships, overseeing a multi-million dollar budget, and analyzing performance to drive customer acquisition and brand growth. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled in data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage partnerships for print insert media programs to drive acquisition and brand growth.
  • Manage existing partnerships and onboard new partners, analyzing partner campaigns for success.
  • Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to manage deliverables, including plan approvals and performance management.
  • Act as the key point of contact with external agency partners and marketing vendors.
  • Partner with the Brand team to generate creative briefs and provide recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis of performance to identify campaign learnings and business opportunities.
  • Establish and execute a test and learn agenda, including lift tests and A/B tests.
  • Oversee campaign setup, including contract reviews, finance onboarding, and budget reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-5+ years experience in customer acquisition marketing.
  • Experience in Offline, Print, Package Insert Programs, or Brand Partnerships with sizeable budgets.
  • Understanding of media fundamentals across offline and digital channels.
  • Fluency in performance KPIs such as CAC, CPA, CPM, CVR, LTV.
  • Experience in launching and analyzing A/B Tests.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and organization.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous agency or brand experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Tableau and media attribution technology/methodologies is a plus.
