The Manager Hardware Engineering 2 will have 10-15 direct reports and lead a team of approximately 45 engineers across electronic, mechanical, and configuration/data management disciplines, including process and resource coordination with functional homeroom management. The position will also have 75% of their time allocated to technical responsibilities. This candidate will demonstrate a broad skill set that is balanced between interpersonal, leadership, and technical capabilities. They must be a self-starter, able to efficiently operate in a team environment, and collaborate across the sector business areas as required to accomplish the team goals. The candidate will work closely with other developers and engineering disciplines.
