About the position

The Manager of Health & Wellbeing at Marriott International is responsible for overseeing the management and administration of the U.S. health and welfare programs. This role ensures compliance and operational efficiency while leveraging data to monitor engagement strategies for benefits and global well-being initiatives. The position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to promote health and welfare programs and support holistic well-being for associates.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management, administration, and program development of the U.S. health and welfare programs ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Leverage data to monitor engagement strategies for benefits and global well-being initiatives.
  • Develop tools and resources to support physical, mental, and financial wellbeing globally.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote health and welfare programs, drive engagement, and support holistic well-being.
  • Manage all onsite and near-site resources and health coaches, using data to develop strategies to help associates get well and stay well.
  • Perform financial and data analyses to support U.S. and global benefits and wellbeing.
  • Ensure all required filings, disclosures, and Plan documents are filed timely, updated, and maintained for accuracy.
  • Stay current on all health and welfare policy development including regulatory changes, and develop content to communicate to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in managing health and welfare benefits for complex organizations.
  • Strong decision-making and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management, prioritization, organization, and follow-through skills.
