About the position

The Manager, Healthcare Administrator Relations at Arthrex is responsible for managing the company's strategy for engaging with healthcare administrators. This role involves developing educational opportunities, organizing events, and conducting business meetings with healthcare leaders and physicians to enhance awareness of Arthrex's medical solutions. The position requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in the orthopedic service line, and involves significant collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Arthrex's administrator relations strategy through educational opportunities and events.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and Arthrex agencies to develop educational content and key messaging.
  • Provide peer-to-peer expertise to healthcare professionals through educational events and strategic meetings.
  • Coach and teach Arthrex agency representatives via various communication methods.
  • Promote Arthrex solutions to meet customer needs through product knowledge and operational experience.
  • Engage key opinion leaders for peer-to-peer interactions at local, regional, and national levels.
  • Assist in developing and deploying new administrator courses and digital content strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of healthcare experience in hospitals and/or Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs).
  • Strong knowledge of the orthopedic service line.
  • Exceptional listening, communication, and group presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to incorporate insights into strategic communication plans.
  • Detail-oriented with strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) is highly preferred.
