About the position

The Operations Manager at Bowlero Corp is responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the bowling center's operations. This includes managing entertainment, food and beverage services, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The role is pivotal in maintaining the center's daily operations and developing the hourly staff, serving as a stepping stone towards a General Manager position.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with all aspects of center management.
• Take responsibility for center and floor management in the General Manager's absence.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
• Develop and train the hourly staff to enhance team performance.
• Oversee entertainment and food & beverage operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Food & Beverage Management experience.
• 3 years of team management experience.
• Strong cash handling skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Financial acumen with a focus on restaurant operations.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in hospitality management.
