About the position

The Hospitality Sales Manager at Caesars Palace LV is responsible for managing the booking process for social-group room blocks and restaurant group contracts. This role involves assisting guests with inquiries regarding hotel and restaurant accommodations, ensuring seamless communication of trip details, and providing expert recommendations for a unique experience at Caesars Entertainment properties. The manager will work closely with various departments to fulfill client needs and drive incremental bookings through proactive outreach and upselling.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end booking process for social-group room blocks and restaurant groups.
  • Assist guests with inquiries for hotel and restaurant accommodations.
  • Quote trip details and provide recommendations based on guest budgets.
  • Partner with Hotel Operations and Revenue Management to meet accommodation needs.
  • Conduct site tours for clients and upsell premium accommodations and dining options.
  • Manage the inquiry process for restaurant group events, including site inspections and menu selections.
  • Compile detailed Banquet Event Orders and ensure accurate event reconciliation.
  • Maintain efficient reporting of client trip and function information.
  • Communicate effectively with room managers, chefs, and sommeliers regarding selections and special requests.
  • Attend departmental meetings and assist in site selections for Food and Beverage Group Events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Hotel Operations, Sales, Food and Beverage, or Restaurant Sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette and excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Effective communication in English, both written and oral.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience with LMS, Salesforce, Guest Center, and Tripleseat.
