About the position

The Manager, HR Application Management - Talent Acquisition at Prudential is responsible for overseeing the technical administration of the company's Talent Acquisition processes. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance user experience and streamline business processes. The position requires a focus on continuous improvement, data management, and application management within a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Talent Acquisition business process application management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support and implement global solutions.
  • Drive enhancements to user experience and administration of business processes.
  • Champion continuous process improvement and operational efficiencies.
  • Conduct business analysis for multiple projects, including documenting requirements and analyzing impacts.
  • Provide analytical support through reports, metrics, and presentations.
  • Implement and enforce key controls within the business process.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Process Consulting team.
  • Partner with internal operations for system integration and requirements.
  • Prioritize work queue to focus on critical objectives.
  • Address and resolve production issues.

Requirements

  • Experience with Workday Talent Acquisition configuration and change management.
  • Extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition business processes.
  • Strong business analyst skills with the ability to use data insights for process improvements.
  • Critical and creative thinking skills.
  • Focus on operational excellence and positive member experience.
  • Excellent relationship management and collaborative skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
