About the position

The Manager of HR Communications at Veralto will play a crucial role in ensuring that over 16,000 associates are informed and engaged. This position focuses on building strong HR communications around key programs, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE+I) initiatives, and company values. The role requires strategic thinking, storytelling, and project management skills to develop effective communication strategies that support various HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Leaders to provide strategic support for HR initiatives and coaching on communication best practices.
• Drive DE+I Engagement by collaborating with DE+I and Associate Resource Group (ARG) leads to develop initiatives that foster awareness and inclusivity.
• Standardize and Innovate by creating best practices for HR communications and implementing change management strategies.
• Lead Communications Projects by overseeing internal communications plans for key HR initiatives such as performance appraisals and benefits enrollment.
• Create Engaging Content by transforming complex messages into compelling narratives across various channels.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in internal communications, ideally within a global organization.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to distill complex messages into clear, engaging content.
• Skilled in developing and executing change management strategies for organization-wide initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across levels and geographies.
