About the position

The Manager of HR Communications at Veralto is a strategic role focused on enhancing internal communications for over 16,000 associates. This position involves developing and implementing communication strategies that support HR initiatives, including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE+I) programs, and ensuring that employees are informed and engaged. The role requires collaboration with HR leaders and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with the workforce, all while working in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Leaders to provide strategic support for HR initiatives and coach leaders on communication best practices.
  • Drive DE+I Engagement by collaborating with DE+I and Associate Resource Group leads to develop initiatives that foster awareness and inclusivity.
  • Standardize and innovate HR communications by creating best practices and implementing change management strategies.
  • Lead communications projects for key HR initiatives, including the annual People Survey and performance appraisals.
  • Create engaging content that transforms complex messages into compelling narratives across various channels.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in internal communications, ideally within a corporate environment.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
  • Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to create engaging content.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with change management strategies.
  • Familiarity with DE+I initiatives and best practices.
